AMRAP 10 min

Reps 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 (if you manage all the way to 1, then start work your way upwards again)

  1. "Ljushopp"

  2. one legged bridgelift (do the reps on both legs)

  3. Walking Lunges (do the reps on both legs i.e. 20steps)

  4. Superman


AMRAP 10 min

Reps 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 (if you manage all the way to 1, then start work your way downwards again)

  1. Burpees

  2. HandRelease Pushups

  3. Standup

  4. alternating V-Ups
